i need help i delete tracker cookies using yahoo-anti-spy but they just keep coming back any idea how 2 get rid of them perminantly

There is a misunderstanding as to what a cookie is. Some of them you want. Say you go to a banking site. It sets a cookie so you wont have to put in your information everytime you go there Cookies arnt always bad things they arnt viruses. You can set IE to delete cookies everytime you close it if you want to. Go to internet options> advanced.
