The best pitch in baseball has always been a fastball thrown exactly where you want it thrown. The 2 seam fastball and change-up are good follow-up pitches, but nothing beats a well spotted fast ball.
As for a team name, there are too many to choose from. Military jets and birds of prey make great team names.

For osmebody that was only going ot give 15 minutes for a question, this question has been open for a hour. I am not a pitcher, but I bet a curve baseball is a pretty good pitch to use, or a fastball as long as it works in your favorite and gets the batter fooled.

A well located varied speed fastball is the best pitch.
You need to be able to throw it anywhere you want and be able to add or subtract five mph from it. If you can do that it will make all the trick pitches work a little better.
