Last night my husband and I were invited out for his friend's wifes birthday. When we pulled into the parking lot my husband got a weird look on his face and said, "uh oh Steve is here".
Steve is a friend of the of the birthday couple. Steve is the most ignorant racist man I have ever met. He was so hurtful with his words last time I saw him, I told my husband I would never put myself in a situation were I had to listen to this ignorant man.
Last night I decide to I would stay for a little while then leave. I stayed for an hour. During this hour my husband didn't introduce me to anybody knowing I only knew 3 of the people there. During conversations my husband would turn his back to me leaving me standing out of the conversation. I quietly mention this to him so he brought me a chair so I would be with the rest of the group but he kept standing if front of me with his butt in my face. Finally he left me in the corner with nobody to talk to at this point I went home.

ask him if the couch is confortable, and if he says he doesn't know tell him that he will have fun finding out tonight. lol. he needs to be proud of you more and not put you on the back burner. other wise you might as well be roomates.

How does that Steve fit into the picture? Your husband needs a huge lesson on "being proud of your wife" and lacks the social etiquette of a decent husband. Hope you left him behind or I would have approached that Steve and tell him to talk to your husband LOL

Sounds like maybe he was a little nervous. He might have been afraid about the steve guy. Next time you go to a party, make sure and tell him you will not be ignored!

There is the possibility your husband didn't want you to be there. Maybe he mentioned the Steve guy so you would leave the party sooner. Sounds to me like he doesn't want to include you in his circle of friends. Sorry...

You should of kicked his butt since it was right there anyway, got the keys and went home. Maybe Steve would of had compassion for him and given him a ride.

I honestly don't know what to make of this.
For one, your husband is RUDE.
Put him in the 'doghouse' for a while and see how HE likes being ignored!!!!
My husband doesn't like being in my 'doghouse' b/c he knows I won't talk to him, cook for him...NOTHING.
He's on his own until he straightens up, especially if I know I am right for doing it.
Send hubby to MY doghouse and he'll come back a different man!!! I don't put up with that crap!

Kyle Petty?!! You hafta be kidding. additionally, I bear in mind Mark Martin a pair years in the past saying that a million/2 the adult men on the music shouldn't have a license topersistent, no longer to mentionpersistent in NASCAR. additionally, somebody truthfully mentioned Stewart, lmao. i might might desire to flow with Carl Edwards, Burton, Kahn.
