What percent of the U.S. budget is spent on anti-poverty measures?

Or is that category too broad? Where can I find the statistics laid out for how the government's budget is spent?

I am looking for both percentages and actual dollar figures.

United States Department of Health and Human Services

They make it hard to find the numbers but they are in there.... took me 2 hours the other day in there to find that only 1.76 million ppl currently receive welfare benefits.
