that is an adorable dress... nice choice!
The colour black - typically thins the looks of things down but in this case, your legs look fine with those tights...
in terms of shoes, flats will definitely go well with the whole outfit.... black or silver flats will go well

Well the dress looks like a shirt so you could wear blue jeans or maybe if you had a black scarf or sash to help add a little somthing to the top.

I think you should wear silver shoes, because it ties in with the necklace, and i think gold or leopard print would look to over-the-top and not quite matching. try tying your hair in a pony tail, for a cute look :)

I would say don't wear the tights, but just were the dress/shirt thingy. I think it is cute to see same female leg

Sorry no, the tights don't look right. Try white leggings and black flats. And if you wore leggings it would make your legs look skinny. Hope I helped!
