Outlawed by man, who isn't perfect and is unable to control it, which is why it's all you see on the news. What they don't show is how many people get away with it. Personally, I think this world is gone down the crapper and will only get worse. Government will fail, they were become desperate and use our own militaries against us and all hell with break loose.

LOL. I'm afraid that if it were, all our law-makers would end up in prison. Then we'd have no government, so I support keeping crime legal. :-)
