-35 degrees. You can dress for cold but not for heat.
You can't find 135 degrees with 100% humidity naturally on any earth surface. 135 degrees with very low humidity, however, does exist, and I would still choose the cold option.

I'd take the cold. Too much heat, especially with humidity, just saps the energy right out of me. And, as others have said, you can dress warmer, but you can only take off just so many clothes!

actually in 2005 in SC , we were at "Mustang Week" and the heat index was 125, and oh it was damn near close to 100% humidity.
it was sick! you couldnt do anything, you couldnt walk anywhere, you had to sit in the shade, and just felt so nauseaous, and just sweat buckets...however, living here for 6 yrs, im used to the heat and humidity. so ill take the humidity and heat over cold.

I'd prefer the snow and cold - it's much easier to warm up than it is to try and cool yourself down...
