Yes, because I threatened to sue for not getting gifts since I was 11, ~ the last 30 years from him! Anyone know if this claim is canceled for lapse of time? How much should I sue for? Also, need to sue for psychological damage, when I cried my heart out, when others were telling me there is No Santa Claus?? How many are with me in making a legal class case and sue for all we endure for Santa every year?
Further more, he seems to be getting his women mixed up! One year I received my Santa Claus red patent shoes with another woman's name on it "Anne Klein". Should I tell Mrs. Santa Claus?
Can he claim senility?

Yes, and as to the reason, let's just say last year after Christmas I had a lot of venison laying around.

Yes, I asked for a bigfoot for christmas last year and when he tried to fit him down the chimney butch didnt like it so he beat santa up :( He has a steel plate or two in his back now.........
