How should I tell him he needs to get rid of it?

How would you react if he told you you needed to dye your hair, or change other things about your appearance?
He will most likely react the same way to you telling him that "he needs to get rid of" his mustache.
Accept him as he is, just like you want to be accepted the way you are, or find someone else!!

Find a boyfriend who does not have one. Most men do not always have their mustache's all the time anyway. I prefer the mustache, I don't like getting poked or scratched. Men also look better with a mustache in my opinion.

Lol, you should like him for the way he is and at some parts his appearance, but I know that it took him awhile to grow that moustache, so he might refuse to shave it.
Anyways, to answer your question, Tell him why he should get rid of it. Is it because he looks cuter? or uglier? Does it bother girls whenever they're trying to kiss with him? It's just a matter of being polite when saying it, be calm, be nice, but be honest.

I don't think you should ask him to get rid of it. If you were dating him for a long period of time, then you may could ask him. Why would you want to change him if you aren't even dating him?

It's his business. If you don't like it then you don't really like him. Would it be ok fro him to ask you to lose weight or gain some weight (whatever the case may be)? Maybe you're a burnette but he likes blondes. Should you dye your hair just because he wants you to?

Grow up. It is not your job to tell people what they can and can't do. Would you like him to say that he would date you but only if you dropped a few pounds or got a haircut?
