Helio Ocean or Sidekick LX (both unlocked for at&t with no internet)?

Question

ok i am not sure which one to get, Helio Ocean or Sidekick LX? The thing is, my parents wont let me have internet and that i hav to get it unlocked for it to have at&t. So far I have researched on both phones Here is what i like and dont like:
HELIO OCEAN
Goods:
-has a camera and takes videos and pics
-dual-slide and has a numeric keypad
-video background
-can play videos and play video ringtones
Bads:
-keyboard is cramped
-im not sure if can fit whole or most of a song as a ringtone
SIDEKICK LX

Goods:
-nice keyboard
-multi-task able
-mood lights
-games
-scroll ball
Bads:
-no easy access numeric keypad
-having to take the time to flip it open and close to text, type and sometimes call
-no video
-no zoom

Well rule the Ocean out... First off it has yet to be unlocked and it is not a phone. It is a great device with a cell phone built in. The thing is all about the internet and applications that utilize it. Helio is the service provider and there is no way around that. So just take the Helio Ocean off you list... It is the best thing around and everyone and everyone either loves it for what it is or hates it because it offers so much competition to other companies.

With Respect I have to say neither. Ridiculous. first off Helios and sidekicks are expensive and why get a phone your not going to utilize to its full capacity a bit poser-ish

The Sidekick can not be unlocked! and if you are not on t-mobile you can not download games. This phone is on lock down exclusively for T-Mobile service, Not hackable or unlockable.

Just get a phone from At&t and make your life easier. get the tilt, motoQ, Pantech Duo or blackjack these all have full keyboards.

I dont think you can have A sidekick or Helio Ocean for AT&T if they're not with that company, which they're not.

Helio Ocean. It has it's own myspace on the phone and a lot of cool features.
