Should I warn her that they are a potent laxitive if eaten in excess or just hide the toilet paper?

hide the tp and rig the toilet so she can't flush then give her a swirly from Hell.

Sugar free sounds nasty. I would stick to the sugar. Fruit snacks are good for you and there are some that comes in the form of a bear and they taste so much better than gummy bears!

Just wait until she starts lookin like she has to go, and then go into the bathroom and take a nice looooong shower. Make sure the door is locked so she can't run in there in desperation and go despite your presence. Hide the TP as well.

Replace the toliet paper with tissue paper. This way, when she wipes, her butt will be all colorful.
Or you could offer her more :)
Or everything she eats/drinks put another lax. in so she thinks shes got a poopoo problem.
But then your room might kinda stink...
