Your luteal phase starts the day after the day you ovulate until the day before you get your period.

A luteal phase can be from 10-16 days.

The day you ovulate can change each cycle. Your luteal phase will stay constant each cycle. If it ever does vary, it would only vary by a day or 2.

It starts right after ovulation and lasts until your next period. Most women's Luteal Phases range from 14-16 days past ovulation :)
