20 weeks pregnant. When I wasn't pregnant, I used to road bike 5 times a week. If taking the bowflex up at this is time is bad, any other suggestions?

You shouldn't start anything too strenous. You should start light and work up to it. Walking is always good.

Starting any new exercise program, especially weightlifting - which bowflex simulates, would not be the best idea while pregnant. I would start out with some walking. Work your way up to a brisk power walk, or get a pregnancy aerobics tape. I did one throughout and after my pregnancy and it was low impact but kept me in shape.

I wouldn't only because it isn't something you did before. I would try walking since you are used to cardio with legs. You could also get the exercise videos for pregnant women. I have heard that the yoga ones are great and end up helping during the delivery (my aunt SWEARS by it!)
