Actually, an intact (uncircumcised) penis is probably a little bigger. Think about it, they remove skin. The skin they take off adds some girth. Also some guys have a foreskin overhang when soft so it looks longer.

Circumcision can also cause problems for the size of your penis, if they remove too much skin on a baby, that can cause restriction when the baby grows up.

but in general your size is genetic and not affected by circumcision.

If you're uncircumcised, your penis won't be smaller, don't worry.

Really, the only reason your cut/uncut status would play a role is if you were circumcised too tightly. That can reduce penile length if too much skin is removed, since the penis needs skin to expand in size during an erection. A pediatrician and urologist explain that here:

And if you're uncircumcised, you also have advantages (it's become less common) so don't let anyone make you feel like it's all bad, because it's not.

Have been with both, cut and uncut guys, honestly there is some sort of pleasure coming out of enjoying that foreskin, however, it has to be really clean and only covers the tip! That's my favorite type, now, for cut guys, it's always pleasure and you know what you are getting, as I was speaking about spicing things up a little in your sexual life, for me it's just a technique to sleep with a guy who is uncut since they are a few in the US and go back to my original preference the clean cut! But to answer your question, no it doesn't really matter however, uncut might give the indication it's thicker!

Actually it's very slightly larger if you still have the foreskin, because the foreskin adds a little girth (and length when not erect). But it's not enough size to really matter. What matters is that an intact penis just plain works better!

Same size.
Only difference is that a cut penis is probably 90% less sensative. Basically all of the sensation is gone.

Circumsized penis' are the same size as Un-Circumsized length-wise. Just think, circumference = around. All they do it cut skin from around the penid when you get circumsized. It doesn't effect length at all. But you are a LOT more prone to infection if you are un-circumsized due to the foreskin.

Circumsicion is the removal of the foreskin only so the answer to your question is YES.
