haha! you won't get cancer. if you are comfortable wearing them all day, then do it. do what is comfortable for you. not what everyone else says. some people don't have comfortable bras, so they take them off at night for a break. you can't get sick from wearing your bra a night. and honestly, that myth doesn't make any sense to me: you wear your bra longer in the day then at night, so why don't more people wear cancer?? yeah, have them answer THAT question.

I have heard this tale my entire bra wearing life. It is not true. My aunt told me ages ago when I started devloping LARGE breasts that I should wear some kind of support at night so I would not ever get saggy boobies. Well, I have always worn a sports bra to bed and I am a 36EE cup and my boobies are perky....Believe it or not. People accuse me constantly of having implants. I even went to a consultation to see about a breast reduction(I have severe back problems) and the plastic surgeon opened my gown and said he thought I wanted a reduction and he did not realize that it was an implant removal. When I told him I did not have implants he was SHOCKED. He did not even believe me until he actually examined my breasts only to find out that they were indeed MINE!!!! My Mom is a 34DD and she is 68 years old and her boobs are still perky. So I can honestly only see the pros of wearing somekind of support at night. I, personally, just simply can't stand not to wear my bra. I feel uncomfortable. You will not get cancer by sleeping in a bra. You will not get saggy boobies, though, and that is a good thing!

properly, i haven't heard any of those memories, however the only person I ever knew that wore a bra to mattress did have breast maximum cancers by using the time she replaced into 30. She had the two breast bumped off and has been maximum cancers loose for virtually 25 years, yet I have not have been given any theory if the limit the bra brought about might have contributed to the breast maximum cancers in any way. i in my opinion does no longer think of so, yet I additionally can no longer think of donning my bra 24 hours an afternoon. in some unspecified time interior the destiny after the delivery of my little ones, my bra began to diminish into my shoulders and now, virtually 30 years later, I even have shoulder issues which could certainly be attributed to my unfavourable decision of bras (or the provision of something distinctive interior the previous days). i might propose donning a mild-weight activities bra to mattress in case you experience you ought to positioned on a bra to be mushy.

don't wear it to bed. You are laying down so there is no reason to be wearing it. I mean, why would you want to? Isn't that uncomfortable. And no you cannot get cancer that way.
