some of them have such bigger "frames" and i'm stuck with this tiny little one...i haven't been able to figure it out, so, help!!!

Ya have to re size it from the yahoo avatar page my friend,for a while I had a very large panda bear as a avatar.it just really depends on how large ya size it on the avatar home page.Hope that I have helped ya in some way,I still get only 2 pic's on my 360 page to show up

Resize ur pic with any photo editor and upload it dear place a tomcat ;)

it depends on how big the regular picture is (you'll have more luck if you resize the picture to be longer instead of wider)
