I would ask your friend cop how the women flirt with the cops to get a free pass.
I want to know how to do this so I don't have to endure the burden of paying the ticket.

I've gotten tickets and not been given tickets for the same reason, I've been honest and didn't make excuses. In college, I was driving long distances and got stopped once, and even though I rarely cried, I was so scared, I cried my eyes out. The cop didn't give me a ticket.
I've been stopped a number of times in the past few years, and been given a number of tickets, and a number of warnings. I really don't know why. I've had both men and women give me warnings. I do think my gay rights sticker might have helped with the woman police officer, but I can't be sure. I have no idea why the male police officers gave me warnings, I definitely didn't flirt. But I will admit, I'm not bad looking.

One thing is for sure. Male cops will usually write a good looking woman a ticket. The reason being is that if they let the woman go there is a good chance she will allege sexual harassment by reason that she was stopped so the officer could get her address from her license. She can say that if she was stopped for a legitimate reason she should have received a ticket. Cops who let beautiful women go on a regular basis usually don't last too long.
Cops who take sexual advantage of women as a result of traffic stops will usually end up doing prison time.
Most cops just want to do their job.

It depends on whether she is trying to get out of the ticket or not. If the woman is flirting and making dough eyes at him they are both at fault but if the guy just lets her off for being pretty then it's just his fault. Also I really do think we owe the cops apologies they are just doing their job and having to stop for simple speeding and parking tickets could be keeping them from taking care of more important things.

The woman but mostlyI blame the cop as he makes the decision. Well I think it depends on the mood of the cop and how out of the way the attractive woman goes. Because my sister, who unfortunately my male friends remind me of how "hot" she is, has gotten out of some tickets but still had had to deal with some cops being tough and jerks even with her looks. But these ones were probably in a bad mood. That's why I say I think it depends on if the cop is in a really bad mood or not, then one might still be **** out of luck, lol.

I tried to flirt with a cop once but she said, "Not on your life, lady!" ---- that a joke, people
Seriously, the police officer is a professional and should act as such, but that doesn't let the woman off the sense-of-morality hook for trying to take advantage of the system. I personally don't understand why a woman would want to lead on a guy who is standing there with her personal information in his hand. He could track you down on his off time and expect a pay-back.

i blame both. a woman shouldn't use her looks to get out of something that she was obviously at fault for (and was putting not only herself, but others in danger for). also, a police officer shouldn't be giving a woman a free pass just because she's pretty. she was speeding and should get a ticket and "pay the price", no questions asked.

I don't get stopped for tickets, but a friend of mine who gets stopped a lot gets off by pulling her top down and shoving cleavage in HIS face. (She weighs 250 lbs and has GG boobs.) The only time she can't get away with that is when the cop's a woman, and then I hear about it in the worst misogynistic language you can imagine.
I have aplogized when pulled over and gotten off with a lighter written limit. I have burst into tears and gotten off. Once I told the cop to blame Rush Limbaugh, who made me so angry that I didn't ralize I was speeding. He loved that and I got off. But I have never flirted. I could never get away with that.

Both, but mostly the cop. The lady isn't allowed to flirt her way out of a ticket, and a cop isn't supposed to let her. So mostly the cop but both.

It is the cops fault. I mean, if one can avoid a ticket by batting her eyelashes why not?
Personally I am so freaked out and annoyed by being pulled over I am incapable of flirting. I am like you short and simple so i can get on with my day.
