Yes, there is a "tribe" of black people in Australia that have blue eyes. They are not light skin at all.
There are also many "light" skin black people in Chattanooga,
Tennessee that have light blue eyes and many of them have
blue-green eyes. You would not think that they are white.

Yes, especially if they have some ancestry that is white. I know of one lady who considers herself Black, but has blue eyes.

No, White Europeans are the only group that has different colored eyes. Every other group of people only has brown eyes.

anyone can. we are all mixtures. everyone has a little of everything in them. do i think having blue eyes mean you're white? no, i think it may have to do with the sun because i've seen quite a few asian chicks with blue eyes.
