Once in a blue moon.
I live in Alabama. It gets cold here and snows barely maybe once a year, if at all, but it never sticks and is such a small amount.
The last time we had real snow was in 1993 and we had a huge snow storm and didn't have power for over a week.

Yes! it never stops! I hate it. I wished it snowed on Christmas Eve, stayed during Christmas day, then went away that night. I don't mind the cold too much, but the snow is awful.

It used to snow every winter 2-4 inches but the last year or so we've only got a dusting.

Where I currently live (Wyoming) yes it does, but where I grew up (Southeast Texas) It only snows every 20 years or so.
