Urologist. Cost really varies by region and insurance. You're best off researching that yourself. From what my friend told me, and from what I've read here on Yahoo Answers, typically the first two weeks can be painful, especially with erections and urination (apparently the head swells up and makes the urethra opening smaller for like the first week). You're recommended not to have sex or masturbate for a month, though.

If you have a tight foreskin you can fix that easily with stretching and/or creams:

Make sure you research it well, since it is a permanent surgery. Consider the advantages that you have.

CCircumcision has become less common. Circumcision rates were as high as 90% back in the 1960s and 1970s (that's partly why today's adults are so... brainwashed, I supposed you could say, about thinking that circumcision is better) but they have fallen to as low as 14% in some states. Here are the statistics:
http://www.cirp.org/library/statistics/USA/staterates2004/

The USA is the last developed nation doing it to a large number of newborns without religious or medical needs. (Europeans, Latin Americans, Japanese, and most Australians, Canadians, and Asians don't circumcise):
http://www.circumstitions.com/Maps.html

Circumcision does not completely stop penile cancer. The American Cancer Society has already confirmed the myth that circumcision = no cancer.
http://www.cancer.org/docroot/CRI/content/CRI_2_4_2X_Can_penile_cancer_be_prevented_35.asp

If circumcision did stop penile cancer, then penile cancer would not be more common in the USA (most circumcised adults) than in some European nations, where circumcision is not practiced other than for medical/religious reasons.

In a medical study, it was found that females are more likely to hit orgasm with an uncircumcised man:
http://www.healthcentral.com/drdean/408/60750.html

The lubricated foreskin (on the inside... like your eyelids) slides up and down during sex and masturbation to stimulate the head (which is why you don't hear of uncircumcised guys needing lube to masturbate).
http://www.cirp.org/pages/anat/
http://net.indra.com/~shredder/intact/anatomy/index.html

Studies have found that circumcision reduces sensitivity (this article also mentions how it has lost popularity in the USA in recent times):
http://www.foxnews.com/story/0,2933,285532,00.html

And despite being more sensitive, uncircumcised guys still last in the same six minute range (average) that circumcised guys do:
http://www.blackwell-synergy.com/doi/abs/10.1111/j.1743-6109.2005.00070.x

Circumcision makes masturbation more difficult:
http://www.blackwell-synergy.com/doi/abs/10.1111/j.1464-410X.2006.06646.x

Which makes sense, that's how circumcision was promoted in the USA:
http://english.pravda.ru/science/health/27-03-2006/77873-circumcision-0

Increases erectile dysfunction rates:
http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/sites/entrez?cmd=Retrieve&db=PubMed&list_uids=14979200&dopt=Abstract%7C

If too much skin is removed in circumcision, it can make the penis smaller since the penis needs some skin to expand during an erection:

I don t know if you are referring to U.S. or other country but in the US it is between $250 and $800. But that is only the price for infant male rape. For adults it is considerably more..Expect to pay $2,500 or more.
You might get a simple hack job for less but I wonder (in addition to why) I wonder you would ever ever get it done in the first place) if it is worth the price?
Let s take you for example, you might be a zit-faced teen and there is nothing wrong with your curiosity. You might be a 40 year old executive.
Who told you it was bad? What made you come to this website? What if you were already "perfect"
I think you are already perfect.
Would you sell your soul and your beautiful foreskin for public opinion? What if you kept that special part of you?

If you have insurance the cost should be very little . If you have none then the cost would range from 2500 - 5000 dollars just call a local urologist and ash how much they charge.

If you have some medical condition and decided to not doing the surgery because of retarded advices in here - feel free to send your penile cancer bill to these anti-circumcision sectarians.

Oh, wait, you didn t know that untreated phimosis causes cancer in most patients in avg 2 years from the beginning?

So ask that smartass with the wall of text at the top, why didn t he tell you that?

See a urologist, or go to the States where they are more than happy to get it done. Price depends on where you live, insurance, if it's for medical reasons etc. but it would be a few hundred to a thousand, depending if you pick local or general anaesthetic and other factors.

I hope you have researched circumcision thoroughly and have good reasons for doing it because it can't be reversed, and many men regret it because they didn't fully understand it.

I was cut at 18 and would do it again in a NY minute! It's no big deal! I was cut in office with a local and even drove home myself after! Was done on a Friday and back in class on Monday! The only thing that really sucked was the no sex for 30 days, but that was well worth fixing what my parents failed to do! When my sons were born there was no doubt they were going to be circumcised!

See a Urologist! Mine was $400 10 years ago. If done in a hospital it would have been much more!

Well, it'll cost you about 15 square inches of highly sensitive tissue -- it's not "just" skin. It'll probably cost you your ability to give your woman orgasms. It'll cost you the protection that keeps your glans from developing scar tissue. It'll put you out of commission sexually for a couple of months, during which time you're told not to get erections -- just try! It'll give you an ugly scar.

But you're an adult, so you can get anesthesia during the actual procedure. And you are making the decision for yourself, not for a helpless baby who might not want it done. But it is irreversible, so don't permanently alter your body without plenty of research. This is not something that should be decided on a whim. Read everything you can find on the subject, and if you still want to do it, that's your right. Better you than me!

I have had it done recently, but in New Zealand and I can tell you it is a very simple pain free operation that takes about 15 minutes under a local anaesthetic. I understand in Canada that most insurers will cover the operation. Good Luck and be prepared for the best sex in your life.
