The elements for driving on a suspended license are pretty easy to prove, I'm not sure an attorney is going to help you on this one.

Not only are you looking at another driving charge, you are looking at a probation violation also. I say this is heading towards inevitable.

You are going down. Pay the money for a lawyer. A lawyer can speak for you so that you don't say something really stupid and get in worse trouble. Also, he who does not know his rights has no rights. That's the main reason to have a lawyer. You want to protect the few rights you have.

Probably inevitable but that's why you need a lawyer. It's your only chance.

Try and get a free first interview and ask him your chances.

If you lived in my state, I'd be at the gate with a big smile and a handshake saying "Welcome Home."

From the looks of your writing I'll have a desk waiting just for you.
