I am 16, she was 15 now 16, i was wondering if i willhave to pay child support if she is pregnant. She is psyco and dreamed about getting pregnant all the time, she was also on the pill. I made it clear I didnt want a child, and were not rly sure she is pregnant...

Yes, if you're the father, you have to pay child support. It will be a percentage of your income until the child is 18, and in some states, 19. That means until you're 34-35 years old.
It is not a voluntary thing, where you send a check when you feel like it and have a little spare cash. Your wages will be garnished for the amount the judge decides. You can't get out of paying it even if you lose a job.
Here endeth the first lesson.
Now, if she's such a "psyco", why were you having sex with her in the first place? And why were you taking her at her word about the pills, and trusting her to take them properly?

You made it clear that you didn't want a child....by having sex? That makes no sense. Sex means babies, and looks like you're going to be a daddy.
YES, you have to support your child. If you weren't ready for this, you should have kept it in your pants. Sorry, but that's just the way it is. Do not make a child suffer because you are not wanting to step up to the plate and take care of your responsibilities. YOU chose to have sex. Don't put the blame on anyone but yourself. (And you call this girl psycho, but YOU had sex with her....what does that say about you?) Don't be a deadbeat. There are already far too many out there.

Yes if it is yours you have to pay child support. The baby still needs financial support regardless of your age. Condoms. That is what you should have used. Never go with the fact that she is suppose to be on the pill. You need to protect yourself especially if she wanted to be pregnant. In the future make sure you use condoms unless you want a baby.

If she is pregnant, you will be paying child support for the next 18 years. Better get a good education than a very good job. Kids are expensive.

Yes you do. There's a law against having sex under the age of 15 because the government believes a teen under the age of 15 isn't mature enough or even can support a child. I back them up 100%. So, yes you will have to pay child support.

1. If you're unsure if she's pregnant, take a test.
2. If you don't want a kid. Tell her you're not ready yet and always use protection. Because if you end up getting her pregnant, you can't just say, "it's not my fault"
3. And of course you're gonna have to pay for child support. Duh it's YOUR kid.

if you are not sure then get a dna test when she has the baby. hopefully you learned from this that if you were so adimate on not having a baby, then next time you better use protection. then if it is yours you might very well have t pay....but i do not think while she is pregnant.
