I keep reading over and over we need more black coaches, owners, assistant coaches, hot dog venders. For gods sake someone just give them a team in the name of affirmative action since they are given everything else in life. Blacks already make up 85 percent of pro football roster but that okay, Go figure.

Better yet, the second largest continent on Earth has cities bigger than most in the USA.
I don't see any opportunistic blacks trying to establish a pro league over there.

The fact that blacks have to ask and demand for ANOTHER RACE to provide them opportunities (instead of making their own) is only one reason why they'll never live up to their potential.

As for teams that cave in, whites smell quota a mile away. If a minority is hired mainly for affirmative action reasons, the team may find that whites will be the ones doing the boycotting.

Well, why doesn't a minority step up and buy himself or herself a pro football team? There's nothing stopping a minority from purchasing a team that's for sale. I see no reason that someone should be given a multi million dollar franchise in the name of "affirmative action". Get real.

Give one to a minority? SHould we just give it to him/her for free? I suppose if a minority owner made a reasonable offer for a team it would be considered. I think though that NFL teams turn over about as often as the starting coaching position of the Steelers.

You have no idea how much harder it is for black in this society bro. They have so many more up hill battles then whites in this society, like getting paid less and not even having the same opportunities as them. They will always have a harder time being successful then a white men in this society, for so many reason.

basic ironies about affirmitive action aside.. if a "minority" (your term) wants to run an NFL buisness and works hard to do so, more power to him/her. if they have the capabilities and the drive i applaud them!
