I would want to have the ability to read minds so I know what people honestly think about stuff. This could help mankind in a lot of ways.

I would want flight or teleportation and I would keep it all for my own benefit. Anybody who's read a comic book knows that being a super hero is a thankless job, not my kind of thing.
