You can't always tell a person's age by their physical looks alone. Some people age very well, others don't, depending on genes and the way they've lived their lives.
I have several aunts' and uncles' who are 40-45 years old, but to look at them, you would guess 60, because of their hard partying ways.

It is hard to tell,by looking especially Filipinos most men and women looks younger then their age.

Look for dark circles around the eyes and lines on the forehead. Some people lose definition around their chin.

At the neck or hands--- its harder to hide age signs in that area.
Although, for me, you still can't tell...
