Great question Bubba!
Undocumented illegal alliens have no rights here at all. Let them go back to where they belong and go protest till their thumbs turn green!
We have to remember that Arizona, as a boarder state, has been inundated with illegals for the past 20 years.
Warning to the rest of America...if you want to see portions of your home town or city looking like Tiajuana or Ciudad Warez, just ignore the immigration crisis, and before too long you will get the drug gangs, the men on the street urinating in public, 25 men living in one house, and groups of illegal men hanging on the corners whistling at your 11 year old daughter!

This is absolutely absurd. Since when and what the heck has happened to America? Illegals have more rights than American citizens, and they are criminals. We need to make a united stand no matter what our party affiliation and fight this. Write your senators, congressmen, and governors. We only have less than one year before the next president is elected. If we are not careful, one will be elected that is sympathetic to their plight the way most libs are that are members of congress.
What would happen to Americans if we invaded Mexico illegally and protested? Thrown in jail that is what would happen.

No. The constitution does NOT protect non-citizens.
We also need to amend the constitution so people born in the USA are not automatically citizens unless their Mothers are here legally.
The constitution should provide some protection for non-citizens here legally, tourists for example. We should not deter legitimate tourism, but make it easy to expel troublemakers, and remove all constitutional rights from people who lied on their entrance paperwork.

Sure, they have a right to protest, why not? But they risk being arrested for their outstanding crime of being in the country illegally.
Same thing as if someone had an active warrant for their arrest. Once you have the attention of law enforcement, off to jail you go.

Technically, illegals don't have a right to be in this country any more than I have a right to just show up in China unannounced.

Well, when they "get together" to protest, it makes it much easier to round them up and deport them.
