no dwight d eisenhower didn't even approve of it"i first learn of the prase pre-emptive strike in the early days of hitler, and frankly i wouldn't take seroiusly anyone who talked about such a thing."dwight d eisenhower.pre-emptive strikes shouldn't be ever be done by america, remember pearl harbor japanese bomb planes attack, sink ships, and killed over thoudsans of american sailors for no reason, that was a pre emptive strike,9/11 15 guys fly planes into world trade center and pentagon for no reason that was a pre-emptive strike so we know what it feels like to be attacked for no reason so why should we do it to someone else?

God will not approve any bad moves from either side. It is the will of man that will prevail but at the end when judgement be rendered to us, it is God who could impose the necessary and needed punishment for each and everyone of us.
