1. sertoli cells are found in male testes.

2. not sure, I know that mitochondria are found around the "tail" of sperm, and that they contain haploid chromosome DNA, they have enzymes to break down the outer wall of the oozyte, so its either ribosomes or acrosome. Probably ribosome, since they have no need to produce any proteins.

3. Cryptorchidism (crypt meaning hidden, orchidism refers to testes).
