Razr Phone?

Should I get a razr phone why or why not?

It depends on what you want or need in a cell phone. Personally, I like a cell phone with most of the bells and whistles. It's not important for me to have an OS on my phone with WORD and EXCEL. The phone of my choice (for now) is the RAZR2 V9. I compared it to the RAZR (V3) and althought they are similar, the RAZR2 (V9) is designed with speakers built all along the edge of the phone. It also has the AD2P wireless bluetooth capability that the V3 does not. What that means is if you buy a wireless bluetooth headset, not only can you talk on your phone handsfree, you can also listen to the music files on phone over the headset. The quality of the RAZR2 V9 is much better that the Razr V3. Good luck in whatever you decide.

There's a lot of newer cooler stuff out right now

Every body and their ten-year old kid has a RAZR phone.

Why not look for something unique/different/cooler than that?

They are very usfull sometimes but its can get some days wen u realy hate it and its realy cheep it brakes esaly i traded it in like 2 tims already and i had to be on vacation got stolen so i payed for a new one the number 7 was brocken it realy bummy and crappy!

No, they are LOW quality. I am on my 3rd one in less than 18 months. And the new krazrs are even worse... every single person i have talked to who had either one disliked it. and forget about insurance replacing it... my first one - the battery overheated and burned up the phone.. insurance would NOT pay to replace it . they said that since i let the phone get hot it had voided the warranty. when i explained that the phone malfunctioning caused the phone to get hot and thereby breaking it, she said, and i quote, "But you let the phone get too hot. YOU voided YOUR warranty. we are not going to replace it" Go figure.
