you can give her cut up hot dogs, mashed potatoes, green beans, small peices of chicken tenders, or chicken nuggets, ... if she doesn't like the taste of the baby food, try this... when you make a meal, take a little bit of everything you make, and put it in the blender for a minute to give it the form of her baby food, with real food taste... we did that for my son right before he started solids because it was easy for him to eat and digest but it didn't have the nasty taste that baby food does... it also helped us make sure he didn't have any allergies to any foods

my son is 8 almost 9 months old and has two teeth (& cutting another 2 ) he eats baby food but also likes our food. We give him cereal and stuff like pancakes basically most table food just make sure the pieces aren't too big for her

You can give her turkey or chicken sausage, they are leaner than pork, grilled cheese sandwiches,Michelinis! It is like kraft dinner but way better, they come frozen!Alphagettis, ravioli, bananas, grapes, oranges, toast with butter, jam or nutella, bear paws, she can have egg whites now so scrambled eggs, perogies, cinnamon toast, french toast, waffles, fruit cups, freeze yogurt tubes and cut them up for her, great for teething as well!Cheese cubes,if she hasn't had them yet start with process then give her cheddar,it is softer.I hope this helps a bit!Be sure to cut everything up into small bite size pieces for her.
