The carts at Walmart shock my hands and I want to know why?

My girlfriend says she gets shocked or buzzed to by the carts at the walmart store too. Does this happen to anyone else? Whats causing it? It seems to happen as I am rolling the cart along for a couple minutes then bzzzt! IT does the same thing to other people I have spoken to.

i wish i knew what it was but car doors do it to you to or store doors and grocery carts its crazy yeah it happens to me all the time staic energy or something
