Vista has it hands down - I reckon even Einstein would have been tearing his hair out trying to figure out the Network and Sharing Center.

I just hate the way it's set up , and assumes everyone is a brainless numpty, who has never used a pc before.
it's gonna get even more simplified to the point where it becomes silly over the years..
