Unfortunately, I don't think there's much you can do about it. Look at all the other porn sites out there that show illegal things (ie: kiddie porn, rape, etc) and I don't think they ever get "shut down". I know it sucks, but with freedom of speech, the lawyers for the website in question would probably say "if you don't like it, don't look at it". Also, as cruel as it may seem, I'm not sure if there is an actual law against beastiality. Even so, my understanding is that a lot of the laws we have are extremely difficult to enforce for internet activity. Sorry.....

You can try contact PETA or you can file a lawsuit against it, but I doubt there's an actual place/number you can call to report it.

It is illegal, but I don't know if law enforcement would do anything. Maybe try the ASPCA?
