According to IMBD, the dog actor known as "Max" appeared in one other movie called "Mr. Accident" in 2000, which I remember seeing on cable, but completely forgetable otherwise, in so much as I can't remember a damn thing about it.

I don't know it does not show him in The Son of The Mask either for some reason.

He did many films not only the mask, I think he's trained by animal actors.

Well there's a second Movie, watch it. It's not very good in my opinion but, you might like it.
