I was married to this guy for 7 years. for the last 9 months of the relationship i slept on the couch because he insisted that he couldn't perform sexually with me unless porn was playing. then i decided to do something with my life and went back to school. while I was there he accused me of sleeping with someone else and then sexually assulted me. a few days later i found out he was sleeping with my 16 year old sister. now 4 years later we are seperated pending the divorce finalization and I have moved on. since he found out that i had a new boyfriend he has been trying to hug me and touch me when he comes to pick up my kids. I dont like this and have reported to CPS that i dont like the way he acts towards my kids and today he tried to kiss me in front of my new boyfriend. i told him i wanted him to leave and he did but he still continues to treat me like i'm his girlfriend and we have had a fight. i told him if he tries to kiss me again i would file charges but he didn't care...

Get an order of protection whereby he can drop off the kids and/or pick them up but he is not to engage in any physical contact with you (other than discussing the issues about the children-there is no reason to have any other contact)

Wow you have a fooked up life....Your ex is is a pedophile and your sister is a ho and where the hell are her parents and why did they not file charges against him... And the next time he tries to hug or kiss you rack him up like balls on a pool table then call the cops on him and tell them he assaulted you and you knocked his sorry as* out.....

i merely could say, i became into raped so i'm attentive to the "i'm harmless" cry from the wrongdoer. so even if. this seems such as you're Valentina's husband. I even have responded her questions approximately you. and the reality that the texts pronounced you have been going to rape her... nicely it is not best for you. and you may understand in case you circulate to trial, a jury options to blame to be risk-free in those circumstances. and so your in ordinary terms different option is a plea. and we are going to see if there is any data. DNA can take months to return back. they have not dropped your fees as you're nonetheless on bond. there's a great possibility you would be convicted, thank God.

put your self out of misery ..just file and get it over with ..once they serve him...it will stop.. never never meet him alone when you are seeing the kids off to each other..I cant stress never enough..but you have to file.DO IT!!
