Facebook tracks it's users' movements, can it track what other people on the same computer are doing?

Say I have a Facebook account (which I don't), it tracks what I do using Beacon and asks me if I want to share things with my friends, it can also track me when I'm logged off.

But can it also track what other people with different desktop accounts (settings) on the same computer are doing?

If the other accounts are setup correctly with the proper security features in place - the answer is no.
