International pharmacists i mean, what if they are licensed in Canada? does it differ?

The Canadian license is still an international license. There are some exceptions for some Canadian pharmacy graduates, but you will always be an international graduate pharmacist.
I don't know what is the TOEFL score requirement.
Most states have similar requirements for licensure. First, you have to apply to the state board and NABP. It will be determined if you have an equivalent degree. If you do, than you can take FPGEE and TOEFL. If you pass, which most first time takers do not, you than will have to intern for a set number of hours. In my state, the requirement is 1200 hours, so about half a year or so. Once you achieve that mark, you can than take the standard licensing exams: NAPLEX and MJPE. If you pass those, than you are licensed. The average length of time is 1-2 years.
