Also, who do you want it to be?

My opinion; the US history and culture is saturated with things like rights and equality, so Americans will probably be more interested in Obama or Clinton simply for the millstone it would represent upon being elected.

I have not made up my mind yet, but I am leaning towards Ron Paul

Keep leaning toward Paul.
Everyone doubts him except for his supporters which are evergrowing. We know Paul will be elected because he has the monet and the message. When this began they said he could win if he raised the money and look whats happening. The American people are ready for a revolution. If we don't get Paul his ideas will propel this nation into awareness. Winnig text votes, online votes, straw polls. What else do I need to say?

Anybody would be good as long as it's not another George Bush. I'd like to see a woman in office to see how different she might run the country than all the other former male presidents. I'd also like to see Obama for president because he would be the first black president and if he does become president it will show that America is indeed land of the free and land of opportunity.

Fred Thompson he gets the job done in Iraq not by pulling out, but by Creating a stable self governing country to where we can leave and not have to worry about terrorist havingg a safe havin there. He also has strict boarder policies that will keep illegals out and send illegals back to where they belong. Also he lows taxes so the working American has more money to spend on them selves rather than let their money be spent wastefully by the government. Sound like a good guy? You bet ya!

I don't think it really matters who the people want, since the "powers that be" will fix the next election as they did the last 2. Alfred E Newman sounds good to me......."What, Me worry?"

I dread to think! It does not look good judging by the current selection of candidates.
