I would use them for Good. But that's if I have to decide between two. If I really had powers, I'd want to use them for me.

Both..Evil side will be puting bad people(Nazis ect..) in a big jail and torture :) and the good will be that all people will be free to do as they wish(anything exept hurting people so graff. is ok)
