The first boots.
The color goes with nearly everything, the shaft is 11" vs. 8 and 3/4", which is more flattering; and the pants will stay tucked in better in tall boots!
Also, I like the quilting.

I like the 2nd link but in black like you where thinking. Black works with everything and also darker shades are in this winter.

i think the first ones! its really up to u! i think u should choose! i like them both! i have a pair and they are really warm and cute! the reason i think u should choose the first one -tan is because it is a nice color, i think it stands out! but if u got the black ones they work nice in the winter cuz it is a darker shade!
