On the Dutch site, which I linked to on your other question, I find a route called Garden of England, they use it from the center of London to Canterbury

I sometimes use www.viamichelin.com for routeplanning. The site can plot routes for bikes as long as the distance is under 200 kms. Take the suggestions with a grain of salt, it does not always lead you the best way.
