You're jealous. It happens. I'm the same- 9th grade and never had a boyfriend. I dont really mind if my bestie has a boyfriend, but it bugs me when im at her house and she just calls him and talks to him for hours, not pretending like im here.
I think the walking off was a little dramatic. Try to just ignore it or even just confront her about it. If you dont like how she gets all romantic with him in front of you, tell them! Tell them it get annoying and you just wanna be friends with both.

Well I was going to say no until I got the to bottom, it doesn't make you a totally shitty friend but you do need to get it togeather and be happy for her.
She obviously has made an effort to keep you included question is would you do the same for her if the rolls were reversed?
You should take some time to yourself and think about how you can make up for being that way. I'm sure it hurt her feelings and just confused the guy.
If you value fer in anyway you'll apologize immeditaly and suck it up.

it's normal to be jealous sometimes, especially if you have never had a bf
(edit: to the answerer before me, she is in ninth grade what did you think?)
you don't have to tell her, that would just ruin your friendship and make it awkward
since it's only a crush anyway and it's totally unnecessary as long as YOU'RE not hitting on him or holding hands
just grit your teeth for now and if you want you can tell her that it makes you feel a bit uncomfortable because you don't have a bf, just do NOT tell her you like him
if she's a good friend she'll totally understand

You are still a good friend. This is just what happens when your best friend finds a boyfriend - she won't be as available for you as you are used to. The same thing will happen when you find someone (and you will). Just part of growing up. That was why I always made sure I had more than 1 best friend for the times they weren't available.

Feeling this way doesn't make you a bad friend, but acting on it might. (What you're feeling is more envious than jealous; there's a subtle difference that covers this case). You're human and these things happen. Just try to find something else to occupy your time until it's your turn in the spotlight. Good luck to you.

it's ok to be jealous but you need to be happy for ur friend! she's happy and you need to just move on! chances are that you might still like him a little but you need to learn to like this guy as a friend not a bf cause he is taken. i hope that this helps- and that you do the right thing. oh and you can be a good friend by talking to ur friend face to face instead of asking random ppl about what you should do

Its normal to be jealous of your friends when they are happy. I don't know you that much so I can't really say about you being a good friend. Just don't break off your friends trust if you kiss her boyfriend or something.

You aren't a bad friend. But it would be better if you didn't hang around with them when they're lovey-dovey because you're setting yourself up for misery. It's what we call 'feeling like a third wheel'. Try to get close to some other girls so you aren't totally dependent on this one.

You are being childish. People change as they grow. You don't really have a right to be angry at this other girl.
