If you ask me, the Xbox 360 Elite isn't worth the money because it's just like the other Xbox 360 models and the only major difference is more hard drive space and a HDMI port.

360 Elite- $449

120GB Hard drive
HDMI port

add on WiFi adapter- $99
add on HD-DVD drive- $179
Xbox Live- $50 bucks a year

total- $724 + tax
---------------------------------------

40GB PS3- $399

Blu-Ray
Bluetooth
Built in WiFi
Web Browser
Free Online play

a bigger 100GB hard drive- $99

total- $499 + tax

---------------------------------------------------------

The 40GB PS3 has more built in features and it's cheaper than the 360 Elite and the 80GB PS3 is just $50 bucks more and has more features and is cheaper once you buy all of the attachments.

-------------------------------------------

Xbox 360's are a rip off, plus they all have the Red Ring of Death hardware problem.

Yes, it is worth the money if you do not already have an Xbox 360 (regular), if you do then it is not worth it.

not really, I've yet to see someone use up 20gb unless thats the only thing you have and you are just cramming everything into it, otherwise if you don't have a tv that offers hdmi then theres no use whatsoever to get an elite
