I got my period Nov 2nd and had unprotected sex w/ my husband on Nov 10th. Took Plan B on November 11th and I should have ovulated on November 15th. I was supposed to get my period on Nov 29th and its Dec 2nd and still no sign of my period!! A week after taking the pill I felt pregnant, with sore tingly breasts and I felt exhausted for about a week with a fever. I figured it was PMS but without the period!! Has anyone else ever experienced a late period and if so, how long did it take until it came?? I have taken several HPT all with a negative response.

That should be normal. Plan B is a giant dose of hormones that can mess with your period. You are supposed to start worrying when your period is a week late:

The symptoms you experienced also could be down to the side effects of the pill.

I think it's entirely possible that the pill delayed ovulation, and that could be why your period is delayed. After all, it's only been a few days so far.

Also, stressing about being pregnant can make it worse. However if the home pregnancy tests a negative and you are worried, see a doctor for a blood test to ease your mind.

i didn't have my period for 8 months after it i had all the PMS symptoms and done tests and went to the doctor and he said that if you are stressing about taking it and/or coming off it or stressing in general your body will change and of course you may end up with out a period for a little while

stress can stop your period so try and keep calm. there are very few false neg HPT's so the chances are that you are not preg. see a DR to get confirmation
