Every time I get angry, I accidentally hit something, leaving dents and stuff on my refridgerator. I don't know of any real way to effectively get it out of my system.

Try sculpture. A hammer and chisel does wonders.
Or you could join a boxing class, or some kind of karate or fighting class.
Try getting one of those bags boxers use that hang fro mthe ceiling and punch that instead.
I don't know if you'd be interested (you'd probably get bored) but try yoga, or getting a massage to relax.

Try getting some angry music. It does actually reduce anxiety... I even found a study which reached this conclusion.

Try.. Rage Against the Machine, Linkin Park, Metallica (especially the St. Anger album)... really get into the music, feel their anger.

It can really be quite cathartic... and its easy to just put on some music.

Try exercise. There are rather violent sports like tao bo, kickboxing, etc. that will help you get it all out, and after you're done you'll have a natural high from all the endorphins coursing your system.

Or try something very relaxing like yoga. It helped me cope with my anger problem...

Take up jogging.

And, by the way, you don't hit them accidentally. You hit them intentionally...this is your way of venting your anger. You need to admit that it's intentional and find some new way to vent.

Start by meditating. Then find a good church. Pray to God for the answer or just go out and beat the heck out of some jerk. They both will make you feel good but one will solve your anger
