the formula is X=H/√2meV

and i want to make V as the subject how do i do that?

Treating m, e, and V as variables ( I hope that eV isn't the unit electron-Volt )...

X = H / sqrt ( 2 m e V )

sqrt ( 2 m e V ) = H / X

2 m e V = ( H / X )^2

V = ( H / X )^2 / ( 2 m e )
