hi all,
i was just wondering whether muscle wastage around the bicep and tricep can ever be repaired, i injured it last year via my c6 spine and also damaged the nerves going towards my left side, i have noticed te left damaged side seems to be quite smaller then my normal arm aswell as i have lost strength.
i am considering swimming and small weights/more reps to build strength and a stronger foundation but wondered if my arm would regain its size and strength like before. any info would be appreciated. thanks

you may be able to repair it after a lot of work and physical therapy or just working out... it sounds like you are on the right track... you may be able to get it back to normal, but sometimes accidents like that leave you never the same... good luck, i hope you get the results you are looking for in the end... =)

Prudent exercise and diet should permit the rehabilitation of wasted muscles with no nerve impairment.
