In the world and your ex won't let you say happy birthday to her, what would you do. Keep in mind the mother is breaching a court order?

Sky writing over her house. Or have a little plane fly over with one of those banners. Mother can't tear it up, stop the call, delete the email or say it never happened. Have the neighbor coordinate when she would be home.

Your the guy that was saying happy birthday to your daughter a while ago. I know what your going through. Watch out for the feminist police. Even if she disobeys court orders they will not enforce it because judges don't want the fallout in court. To hard to deal with and they don't want special interest groups writing them letters. Good Luck

I don't know about all of the legalities or how to handle that but I can say the following with relative certainty. If your ex-wife excludes you from your daughter's life without true justification (such as in the case of abuse or molestation - not talking about you just listing what I would consider a truly justifiable reason to keep someone away from a daughter)
anyway if she keeps you away someday her daughter will resent her for your absence in her life.

That said I think you should fight tooth and nail within the bounds of the law to see and speak to your child. If you are unable then write to her all your love, hopes and dreams for her. Someday, hopefully, you will be able to share those with her and she will understand your anguish over the time you were kept apart.

With out starting up an argument tell her you'd like to see your daughter. She is wrong for not letting you say happy birthday. With out knowing the situation she may just be protective of the daughter or selfish. A lot of times in that situation it's just the other parent being selfish. Try talking to the court too.

I would still find a way to say Happy Birthday to my daughter and then revisit my rights in court with her mother, write and document all of this.

Take a copy of the court order to the clerk of courts, file a complaint and talk to the police. They will see to it she honors that court order. If they wont, then go to the news media after filing a complaint, THAT will get things rolling!

I'm not sure what happened in your marriage. You must be a force in you daughters life. If that doesn't happen, you will never have the opportunity to be the best Dad in the world.
