How to become a member of the organization's Board of Directors?

I may want to be a member of the Wikimedia Foundation Board of Trustees. I'm underage and when I 18 or over I will seek election, What should I do if I want to be a member of the committee?

Before you can be elected, someone needs to nominate you. You need to know an existing director first, and show him what you can bring to the Board or to the Foundation. If they feel you'll be good for them, one of them can nominate you as a candidate and then you can stand for election.
