I have been married to my husband for almost 8 years... and we have two kids. He is in jail right now, and i am having to sell off his things a little at a time to survive. I have been looking for a job... but have been unable to, so I get where she was coming from selling his things. If she hasn't told him that she had to sell off his things, then I am sure he will be mad at first, but if he is any type of father at all.... he will understand. She needs to be patient, and understanding.... even though he was the one in jail, and it made her life harder, he will feel like he should be the one getting all of the attention, and will probably be that way for some time. if he already knows that she had to sell off his things.... then there should be no problem. Just hopefully he has learned his lesson, and sees that doing things to end up in jail and putting his family through the nightmare that they have just gone through isn't worth it in the end. He should be grateful that she has waited for him, and is going to be there for him.

tell the woman to deal with the choices she made in her life ! She should not have waited till the day before he got out to change things. She will do what she's always done, complain to you while doing nothing and living with the jerk. Her bed, let her make it. Too many women have moved, goten jobs, raised there kids, instead of whinning about the life they chose and are still choosing.

I wouldnt want to be in HER shoes. Why in the world did she make babies with a jailbird in the first place?
This goes back to what Ive been saying about people having sex BEFORE knowing someone.
If he has ANY conscience and understanding at all he will know it was to feed his children, but then again, why didnt she get a job?

If he don't straighten up now, then she should get rid of the guy. He needs tos top the crap and stand up and be a man and someone should tell him so. Why are you getting involved? That may not be such a good idea.
